After 15 years in the fire service and rising to the role of Fire Captain, Ricky Gillmore built his career on leadership, discipline, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure. Today, he brings those same principles into real estate—guiding buyers and sellers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and care.
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Ricky moved to Gilbert four years ago and proudly serves clients throughout the East Valley. He is passionate about educating his clients, negotiating fiercely on their behalf, and making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Ricky has been married to his wife, Stephanie, for 22 years, and together they have an 18-year-old daughter, Brooklynn. When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, he stays active in the community by volunteering with the Gilbert Fire Community Assistance Program, watching football, sharing laughs with family and friends, and enjoying tacos whenever possible.
